VoidStar Security LLC specializes in embedded systems security research and training. Our courses target students of all skill levels and aim to demonstrate real-world attacks and analysis techniques applied to modern embedded systems.
VoidStar Security LLC was founded in 2020 by Matthew Alt.
Matthew began his reverse engineering career in the ECU tuning industry at Revo Technik, searching for vulnerabilities in engine control units and automotive diagnostic implementations.
Next, he worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he led a team focused on embedded systems analysis.
Matthew was awarded the Ouststanding Contributor Award Award for his contributions to various programs during his time at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
He now works as a security researcher for Caesar Creek Software and provides training and assessments through VoidStar Security LLC.
